By accessing or using SUBCREWZ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SUBCREWZ is a compliance and project management platform designed for subcontractors and general contractors in the construction industry. Features include work order management, crew compliance tracking, estimates, invoices, and scheduling.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent compliance documents
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform

5. Data and Documents

You retain ownership of all data and documents you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant SUBCREWZ a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Subscription and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SUBCREWZ does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that compliance documents verified through the Platform will satisfy all legal or contractual requirements in your jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUBCREWZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
