• Payment information: Processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store card numbers

• Provide, operate, and improve the Platform
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, invoice delivery, compliance alerts)

• Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

• General Contractors: When you share a work order or compliance document via the Platform's GC portal, the recipient can view that data

4. Compliance Documents

Documents you upload (licenses, insurance certificates, certifications) are stored securely and shared only with parties you explicitly authorize through the Platform. We do not use these documents for any purpose other than providing the compliance tracking service.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure credential storage, and access controls. No system is completely secure — please use a strong, unique password and report any suspected unauthorized access to us immediately.
