Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings page. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After that it is permanently deleted from our servers.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the Billing tab in Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal date.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We are GDPR-compliant and never sell your data to third parties.
